Do you have a warranty policy?
We provide a two year warranty on all items. This means you can purchase with peace of mind, knowing that all pieces can be exchanged if any manufacturing issue is to occur. We will replace the item free of charge.
Molly Olivia is not responsible for damage due to poor care.
What is my ring size?
To find you ring size please download a ring sizer app on the app store. From there you can follow the instructions to work out your ring size.
If you are purchasing a present and do not know the size, we suggest purchasing the Solstice Ring as this ring is slightly adjustable.
If you do however purchase the wrong size, the ring can be exchanged for a larger size. Please be aware that the exchange will include postage fee's, so please take care to purchase the correct size.
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges:
During the Christmas Season we are offering extended exchanges for up to 1 week after Christmas.
Black Friday purchases cannot be exchanged or returned.
We accept exchanges for up to 2 weeks after purchase.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.
How do I care for my jewellery?
To clean your pieces please use clean non-abrasive cloth to maintain the shine.
You will be gifted a free pouch with every order. Please store your pieces in this pouch and away from other jewellery to avoid scratching. Store in a cool dark place and away from other metals.
All pieces have a thick layer of 18ct gold plating. To retain the shiny gold quality of the jewellery, please ensure to keep your pieces away from water, lotions and any chemicals as this will wear down the layer of gold plating. Please also try to remove your jewellery before playing sports or exercising as this can also wear down the gold plating, or may lead to damage.
