Refund policy

At Molly Olivia, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully checked, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns Policy:

If you wish to return an item, you must first submit a return request here within 14 days of receiving your order. Once submitted, our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return label. 

Items must be shipped back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. If the item is not shipped back within this timeframe, we will be unable to issue a refund and store credit will be provided instead.

Please ensure your name and order information are included with your return. Returns which are sent back to us without a return request or identifying information cannot be processed for a refund and store credit will be issued instead.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are not returned in their original condition will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if it wasn't exactly what you hoped for, you can exchange it within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please log into your account here, and request a return. If you would like to change the size please choose the option to change for a smaller or bigger size.

If Something Arrives Damaged

We want every customer to have a wonderful unboxing experience. If something does however arrive damaged, we will of course assist you in arranging a replacement.

Please check your order when it arrives, and if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us right away at hello@mollyolivia.com so we can make it right.


Items We Can’t Exchange

Unfortunately, we’re unable to exchange:

  • Earrings (for hygiene purposes)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale pieces
  • Gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason.
Your item just needs to be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.


After You Send Your Item

Once we’ve received and checked your returned piece, we’ll let you know if your exchange or repair has been approved. If it has, we’ll ship your replacement right away.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your exchange was approved, please send us a message at hello@mollyolivia.com - we’ll make sure everything’s on track.


Warranty

Every Molly Olivia piece is made with care using high-quality materials and thoughtful design - created to be worn every day, wherever life takes you.

All of our jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty from the date your order was placed. This covers any issue you experience with your item during that period.

If your piece arrives with an issue, or develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, we will repair or replace it.
