HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service at hello@mollyolivia.com and we will re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

You have 14 days to notify us of any issues with your order.

If something isn’t quite right, you can exchange or return your order once you have received it. Please find further details in our Returns & Exchanges information page.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Gift wrapping is available for £5 - simply tick the Gift-Wrapping box in your shopping bag.

Our gift wrapping includes a Molly Olivia pouch, box and gift-bag per item. We also include complimentary Molly Olivia Note Card, tissue paper for wrapping and a gold sticker to seal your gift bag. We also offer the option for a free personalised message.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMEFRAMES?

Orders placed before 1pm BMT are shipped the same day.

All order placed after this will be dispatched the next day.

Standard: £3.95 for all orders under £150. For orders over £150 Standard Shipping is FREE. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery once order is placed.

Express: £5.95 for all orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery once order is placed.

Special Next Day Delivery: £8.95 for all orders. Guaranteed next day delivery if the order is placed before 1pm. We recommend this for rushed orders.

International Tracked: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

International Standard: Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Please note all international orders are subject to import duties relative to each counties fees.

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

To clean your pieces please use clean non-abrasive cloth to maintain the shine.
You will be gifted a free pouch with every order. Please store your pieces in this pouch and away from other jewellery to avoid scratching. Store in a cool dark place and away from other metals.
All pieces have a thick layer of 18ct gold plating or gold vermeil. To retain the shiny gold quality of the jewellery, please ensure to keep your pieces away from water, lotions and any chemicals as this will wear down the layer of gold plating.
Please remove your jewellery before playing sports or exercising, this may lead to damage.
All Molly Olivia pieces are gold plated and can last you a lifetime if looked after correctly. We do recommend following our care instructions for every piece.
