An operation intern supports the daily operations of Molly Olivia. You will be involved with projects to start new initiatives and to improve / optimise current processes. You will learn everything about working in the operations department of a small fast growing business.

Together with the team, you will carry the responsibility of running and improving the production and logistics departments. Being part of the Molly Olivia team requires good and motivation, in which creativity and input is highly valued.

What will you do?

• You will support the team with daily operations, projects and improving the business;
• You will work together with the team on analysing the weekly sales results & stock sheets;
• You will support our B2B clients with wholesale orders & logistics;
• Responsible for the organisation of fun events;
• Working with the team to monitor orders and contacting suppliers or partners;
• Helping the team with operations at fairs, pop-up's and trade shows;

If this is you!

• You have studied in the field of Retail, Business, Marketing or Fashion.
• You can work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, among others;
• You are a hard worker and can work independently, but also a team player;
• You have perfect oral and written skills in English;
• You do not have a 9-5 mentality as this internship might ask for flexibility;
• You're available full-time;
• Start per September '25;
• You have your drivers license;
